‘Accountantsland, de nr 1 van Nederland, gaat zich specifiek richten op ZZP’ers en MKB’ers met een zeer transparante ‘menukaart’ voor accountantsdiensten.’ Afgelopen week heb ik met Hans Voorn gezeten, de CEO van JAAP.NL, die voor ons volgende week de keynote op de 2e editie van de Masterclass gaat verzorgen. We hebben uiteraard besproken welke parallellen er zijn tussen de makelaars en de accountants branche en welke insteek hij zijn keynote kan geven. Bovenstaande kop is dus fictie maar zou op zich geen rare gedachte zijn. Het werd al snel duidelijk dat de crisis die de makelaarskantoren hebben doorgemaakt en veel gevallen nog middenin zitten ze heeft gedwongen om te rade te gaan bij zichzelf. Welke toegevoegde waarde bied ik voor mijn klanten en waarom zouden ze met mij zaken moeten doen? Vragen die ze de afgelopen decennia zichzelf nooit hoefden te stellen. In die malaise is er een partij opgestaan die op spectaculaire wijze de nr 1 positie in de makelaars branche heeft gegrepen: makelaarsland. Marktgericht denken, een transparant dienstenaanbod waarbij direct zichtbaar wordt wie wat doet heeft ze geen windeieren gelegd.

Het kan dus, in een ogenschijnlijk overvolle markt je kans grijpen en binnen no-time de nr 1 positie opeisen. In mijn optiek liggen die kansen er nu ook voor accountantskantoren. De markt is met name nog in-transparant en er is behoefte bij ZZP’ers en MKB’ers naar transparantie. Wie doet wat als het gaat om de boekhouding en welke tarieven hangen daar aan vast? Een kop zoals hierboven gesteld zou dus zomaar kunnen gebeuren, immers marktgericht denken is hier key en dat hebben de jongens van Makelaarsland wel begrepen. Kijk eens naar een partij als InShared die als nieuwe verzekeraar toch behoorlijk zichtbaar is en goede resultaten boekt. Een van de initiatiefnemers is Herberth Samson, geen onbekende in reclameland en een professional als het gaat om klantgericht denken. Ik kan het niet vaak genoeg zeggen maar deze transparantieslag gaat zich tevens binnen accountantsland voordoen. We zijn hard bezig onze klanten hierop voor te bereiden en hen daarmee te helpen. Helpen om hun diensten te vermarkten en nieuwe klanten te werven via campagnes met De Zaak en de Ondernemer.nl. Doe snel mee want anders is bovenstaande kop zodirect geen fictie meer maar waarheid.
