Vorige week tijdens onze Masterclass uitgebreid de mogelijkheid gehad om met veel accountants van gedachten te wisselen over allerlei ontwikkelingen binnen de branche. Tevens als navolging op de Masterclass diverse gesprekken gevoerd bij verschillende kantoren. Deze week ons eerste gezamenlijke MKB ondernemersdag aangekondigd met Visser & Visser en volgende week de volgende alweer. We hebben de ‘swung’ er goed in zitten en daarmee bedoel ik het concreet maken van de handvatten die we accountantskantoren aanbieden om nieuwe klanten te werven rondom hun online propositie. Vooruitstrevend Denken is wat we propageren en als ik dan kijk naar Visser & Visser dan hebben ze dat hartstikke goed opgepakt. Wij hebben weliswaar de aanzet gegeven maar de mensen hebben er zelf invulling aan gegeven inclusief de nodige social media aandacht zoals een mooie blog. Zoek binnen Google op het keyword ‘MKB coach’ en je zult zien dat Visser & Visser al op de eerste pagina aan resultaten prijkt, well done.

Zoals gezegd volgende week kondigen we de 2e dag aan en zo zullen er in juni in totaal 5 MKB ondernemersdagen georganiseerd worden. Doelstelling is om dit aantal na de zomerperiode te gaan verdubbelen samen met accountantskantoren die zich aansluiten bij ons Vooruitstrevend Denken programma. Het lijkt erop dat de accountants ontwaken uit hun ‘decennium slaap’. Elke accountant die ik spreek onderschrijft de verandering in de markt en het zal menigeen verbazen hoeveel accountants met alle gemak termen als social media in de mond nemen. De noodzaak om naar buiten te treden, te communiceren en dialogen aan te gaan is helder en duidelijk. De vraag is alleen hoe en dat is waar we nu juist mee helpen. Het doet mij goed om te zien dat er inderdaad een latente behoefte bestaat om actiever te worden en om meters te maken. Ik denk dat de branche aan de vooravond staat van een enorme verandering en dat ondernemers daar uiteindelijk de vruchten van gaan plukken. Met de aanvullende ondersteuning die in aantocht is zoals de nieuwe productkiezer en onze online brochure portal voor accountants denk ik dat we het vuurtje alleen maar verder gaan aanwakkeren.
