De industriële revolutie gevolgd door automatisering en robotisering heeft zijn diepe sporen achtergelaten in de fabrieken. Dit in tegenstelling tot de administratieve dienstverlening want daar lijkt de tijd juist stil te hebben gestaan. Met name administratieve dienstverleners in het MKB zijn moeilijk te bewegen tot verandering. “Waarom zou je ook veranderen?” is de veelgehoorde vraag bij deze beroepsgroep. Want gisteren ging het zo, vandaag ook en morgen zal het niet veel anders zijn. Maar schijn bedriegt en de markt is flink aan het veranderen.
Veranderende wetgeving, nieuwe technieken als online boekhouden, rechtstreekse rapportage uit financiële systemen aan overheidsinstanties, ondernemers die ‘value for money’ eisen zijn slechts een paar van die veranderingen. Gevolg? Een nu al merkbare druk op prijzen en dus marges van de administratieve dienstverlening. De huidige administratieve dienstverlener is dus niet per definitie die van de toekomst! “Automatisering”, “flexibiliteit” en “denken vanuit de behoefte van de klant” worden de toverwoorden om te voorkomen dat het hoofd niet boven water kan worden gehouden.
Het is nog niet te laat om de omslag te maken naar “administratieve dienstverlening 2.0” maar de klok tikt wel door. De omslag dus naar klantgerichte in plaats van marktgerichte dienstverleners die efficiënt en flexibel zijn georganiseerd en hun adviesdiensten versterken. Het roer zal echt om moeten om klaar te zijn voor de toekomst. En ik voorspel dat degene die dit leest en denkt “het zal wel” de boot zal gaan missen.

I am on YouTube ever since And I even have seen a lot of individuals incomes a livelyhood only using YouTube. These individuals who have got marvelous success on YouTube do not simply get it by luck ( As numerous say ) in fact, there is a lot of experimentation and exertions goes into trying to sell YouTube channels.
If you’re still on the fence: grab your favorite earphones, head down to a Best Buy and ask to plug them into a Zune then an iPod and see which one sounds better to you, and which interface makes you smile more. Then you’ll know which is right for you.

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.
