Maar ook om gebruik te maken van de kansen en met dit soort informatie een leider in de markt te worden die ervoor zorgt dat de rest alleen maar simpelweg kan volgen. Lijkt mij geen slechte gedachte toch? Dus mocht u nog geen Smartphone hebben, een iPhone of een Google Android, zorg dan dat u snel een exemplaar weet te bemachtigen. Gewoon om te ontdekken, gewoon omdat u nieuwsgierig bent, gewoon omdat het u helpt te begrijpen. Misschien dus niet direct waardevol, maar het brengt u misschien wel op unieke ideeën die juist zo belangrijk zijn voor het onderscheidend vermogen van een organisatie.
