Slechts 5% van MKB administraties staat online

Om en nabij 5% van alle administraties binnen het MKB worden online gevoerd. Goed nieuws voor online aanbieders van boekhoudsoftware maar tevens een ongelooflijk getal wetende welke voordelen er te behalen zijn. Van die 95% die de administratie voeren in een traditioneel boekhoudpakket stelt bijna 40% de facturen nog op in een Office pakket zoals bijvoorbeeld Word of Excel. Meer dan 80% verstuurt de factuur vervolgens per post naar de debiteur*. Alleen al op dit vlak zijn enorme winsten te behalen. Wanneer een verkoopfactuur direct in de boekhouding wordt opgesteld hoeft deze niet opnieuw door de accountant te worden ingevoerd. Gebeurt dit ook nog eens online dan hoeven gegevens niet heen en weer geëxporteerd en geïmporteerd te worden. Wanneer de factuur dan ook nog eens elektronisch wordt verstuurd is het feest compleet, efficiënter kan haast bijna niet. Toch liegen de cijfers er niet om en kan MKB Nederland zichzelf nog behoorlijk wat tijd en geld besparen.

Er is blijkbaar iets dat de ondernemer ervan weerhoudt om ‘en masse’ over te stappen naar online boekhouden ondanks het feit hij misschien weet met een verouderde en veel te dure oplossing te werken. De boekhouding blijft nog steeds iets waarmee ondernemers zich liever niet al te lang bezighouden, zij zijn liever aan het ondernemen. Alhoewel de crisis daar wel verandering in heeft aangebracht. Ondernemers worden gedwongen meer financieel bewust te acteren en komen erachter dat dit tevens ‘part of the game’ is. Misschien dat nu dan ook het juiste moment is om net voor de vakantie de mogelijkheid te bieden om zorgeloos over te stappen naar een online boekhoud omgeving. Via www.administratie.nl kunnen ondernemers zich aanmelden voor deze zorgeloze overstap.  Wellicht dat het effect gaat hebben op de resultaten uit de Nationale Boekhoud Enquête van 2011 waaruit moet blijken of ondernemers inderdaad meer financieel bewust zijn gaan handelen. Alle excuses om het niet te doen worden eigenlijk weg genomen juist met de rustige vakantieperiode op komst!
